**Doughnuts, for us, represent overall perfection. Don't get
ourselves wrong: Pie is our number one; cake is nearby the top of our list; and
I've never met a cookie. My spouse and I didn't like in the past. But
doughnuts... there isn't much nowadays that's better than a good -- no, a GREAT
-- doughnut. Sure, they can be doused in sugary glaze and topped generously
with sprinkles, but the dough itself isn't too sweet -- it's just yeasty and
soft and billowy and perfect. It is the ideal canvas for countless variations
to suit your whims. We do hope no one cannot stop loyal and friendly with
donuts of all kinds. The true reason doughnuts are so wonderful to us and
absolutely most of you all.is the interconnection they need to our past.
My personal grandmother lived in a house built by my great–great
grandparents: a true little house on the alp age in the middle of nowhere, I
was told. When my grandma was obviously a kid, it was her grandma's house; same
for my dad; and the good news is, for me too. Along with the wonderful
background of the area itself, the house was home to a lot of our own food
history. One day, my grandma had chosen up a pretty little yellow tin recipe
field. The paint was damaged, but it was lovely and chock-full of my
great-great grandma's recipes. This kind of includes the tattered old card that
contained the handwritten recipe for anyone doughnuts. When a recipe great, it
stands the test of time -- and these doughnuts do that very effectively. You
should be allowed, even encouraged, to eat DOUGHNUTS for breakfast.
